Innovative concrete extruder technology paired with intelligent control and reliable mechanics. For the production of prestressed concrete hollow core slabs for floors and walls. The modular design of the maxtruder makes it more flexible than ever. For panel widths from 30 to 240 cm and panel thicknesses from 10 to 40 cm.

All MAX-truder concrete saws feature the most precise saw blade guide in the market. For extended saw blade life and lower costs. Whether for cross, angular or longitudinal cutting. We consider user-friendliness and extreme robustness to be a matter of course. Our saws cut prestressed concrete elements directly on the production bed. Element thickness up to 520 mm and width up to 2400 mm.

We have continually improved the slipformer technology over the past decades. It is the perfect solution whenever many different concrete products are to be produced with just one machine: Prestressed hollow core slabs, solid slabs, T-beams, lintels, ram piles, vineyard posts, TT slabs, ribbed slabs and much more. After a conversion time of < 10 minutes, the machine insert module is exchanged and another product is manufactured.
