Metax - mobile rebar cutting system
Mobile rebar cutting system with unsurpassed measuring and feeding system. The mobile rebar cutter is moved on rails transversely in front of the material store, allowing it to access material with many different diameters and lengths.
The machine works without stops and therefore offers great flexibility, high acceleration and exact cutting lengths over the entire measuring range. The maximum measuring and conveying speed is 200 m/min.
Twincut 13 / 16
Automatic wire straightening and cutting machine with straightening rollers. Driven by modern servomotors that enable a feed speed of up to 240 m/min.
Twincut is available in machine sizes 13 and 16 and can produce cut bars up to Ø 16 mm from single strand and up to Ø 10 mm from double strand.
Bending machines with pin control or CC control
The robust machines are available in sizes 32, 42, 50 and 60 and offer a wide range of different bending shapes. Various special tools, for example for bending spirals, large radii and end hooks, as well as solutions for maximizing safety are available as options.
