Sand lime bricks plant is equipped with 3 Presses type WKP. All presses are hydraulic and of a special casttension rod construction. This stable construction guarantees longevity as well as the highest product quality. The manufacturer produces both solid and perforated bricks, coloured sand-lime bricks and sandlime bricks with undergrips. Precise dimensions and a uniform brick compressive strength are important characteristics of the bricks produced with WKB technology.
The Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks tend to stick together during the autoclaving process despite the production in compliance with strict conditions and recipe specifications. This can often create a significant
amount of waste.
